Ski towns are quirky places. A dishwasher or bus driver might have a phD, but works a job that allow for maximum powder day access. Parking can be a challenge, toddlers ski better than you do, men outnumber women, the bike on the roof rack is worth more than the car, we spend a week celebrating the Norwegian god of winter, and a bagger at City Market ran for mayor. These are every day ski town incidents. We are used to quirks.
