February 2-3 - Keystone Bluegrass Friday & Saturday nights: Friday's line up: The Pine Beetles, a Summit County band; Coal Town Reunion and Tenth Mountain Division - from Boulder. Saturday night will bring more Colorado bands, including Steel Pennies, Ginny Mules and Chain Station. The music starts at 7 p.m. both nights with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Ticket price range from $15-$25. A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Dercum Center for the Arts and Humanities. February 2-3 - Frisco Gold Rush The 48th annual Gold Rush - the longest running Nordic ski event in Colorado begins Saturday, at 9 a.m. Races for locals, beginners to and experts of all ages in both classical and skate styles. The day of skiing ends with Eat Ski & Be Merry, which starts at 6 p.m. in the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge with food, drink, two bonfires, 300 luminaries and a 2K loop around the fire-lit Frisco Peninsula. February 13 - Mardi Gras Annual Mardi Gras Parade begins on Main Street Breckenridge at 4:30 p.m, followed by a free concert from Lowdown Brass Band at Riverwalk Center. Mardi Gras in Breck will be infused all the while with a stong beer festival, the Paulaner Salvator Festival.
