Alma Real Estate

Alma is a small town established in 1873, in Park County. Real estate for sale in Alma is generally less per square foot compared to nearby Breckenridge. Less than 300 people call Alma their permanent home, but when the surrounding subdivisions are included the population figure is tripled - and many home buyers are finding Alma is a great place for a vacation homes.. Most Alma-ites make a living in nearby Summit County.

Blue River is an incorporated town, just south of the town boundary of Breckenridge, that includes several old and new subdivisions of mostly single-family homes. Dillon Real Estate

Annexed into the town of Breckenridge in 2002, the neighborhood is a diverse mix of single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes and condos arranged around or near the main road called Broken Lance. This thoroughfare runs past the Blue River, and the community greenbelt.

Life And Summit County, Colorado Real Estate

Colorado's Summit County is comprised of a lot of public land - nearly 80% - and much of the private land in unincorporated in one of the five towns of Breckenridge, its southern sister Blue River, Frisco, Dillon or Silverthorne, or the resort communities of Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Heeney - way up north along the Green Mountain Reservoir. Colorado ski towns seem to attract culture as well as winter sport fans. Concerts, shops, restaurants and other conveniences of urban life complement the backcountry Summit County life you will experience.

Getting around Summit County is easy. The countywide bus system, Summit Stage, is free and I-70 runs right through the county. You can get to Copper Mountain from Frisco in under 10 minutes, and then on to Vail to the west in another 25 minutes. Denver is just an hour away to the east ... theoretically speaking.
