We worked with Katherine Galterio to purchase a property in Summit County.  We do not live in the area so Katherine was our eyes and ears. She video taped multiple properties for us,  did not give up on us when the first deal fell through and always had a positive attitude. We worked together closely to put an offer and through the closing process which is quite complicated. After the closing (which we did not go to), Katherine went out of the way to change the locks and do another video walk through so we can see what furniture was left in the apartment. First, your recommendation to bring the property up to a level that would command a higher selling price was bold and correct. I needed to swallow hard to invest another $10,000 to upgrade the unit.
