The Village Condominiums

After a year of construction, 2010, the exteriors of all of The Village condominiums have been completely updated, the lobby and check-in areas greatly improved and a large clock tower added. Built in 1979, The Village at Breckenridge is still one of the largest condo complexes at the ski area, and one that offers the most in-house amenities. Any Village condo for sale is a property that can generate good short-term vacation rental income for its owners.

A quick walk through the central courtyard of the Village takes skiers to the Quicksilver Lift that transports skier to the top of Peak 9. On the street side of this courtyard is the core of downtown Breckenridge. Mi Casa, one of the oldest restaurants in town, for example, is just across Park Avenue. The Maggie Pond sits on another side of the Village, and is available for ice skating, paddle boating and occasionally free summer concerts.
