Located on Lake Dillon, at the east end of Frisco, these townhouses are situated near the bike path around the lake, in a quiet and private residential setting, although near Summit Boulevard and close to everything that Summit County offers.

Homes are roomy two or three bedroom units with as many as 2.5 bath and basements. The biggest commercial district of Frisco is just a few blocks away but on the other side of Summit Boulevard, making this is a great residential area, a little high density but newish, with paved roads, all the modern utilities - not a given in Summit County. And the free county-wide bus stops nearby and provides hassle-free ways to get to any of the county's ski resorts.

From Pine Point,  you have easy access to I-70 so these homes are easy to get away from or back home to. The historic part of Frisco is centered around Main Street and has a lively collections of restaurants, bars, and shops. Main Street is west of Summit Boulevard, but an easy walk along bike paths.  Homes built in Frisco on the lake have a view to the east and the fourteeners Grays & Torrey's and a sunrise over the lake can often includes views to those two. This area wasn't developed until the 1990 even though the lake was filling by 1963, after the construction of Dillon Dam. The lake isn't navigable here on its northwest shores but great for watching birds over the lake, or getting out onto the path.

Recreation near Pine Point Townhomes

It's very easy to get to the countywide bike path from Pine Point - pedal around the lake and come back home or head to Keystone, Copper Mountain and ride the bus back. Trails through the wetlands on this side of Lake Dillon are calm and peaceful and in the winter cross country skiing is often possible on the lake. Frisco Marina is just a few blocks away and the best Nordic Center in the county just beyond it, trails up Buffalo Mountain are across the highway, and world class skiing just a bus ride away,
