Frisco Westside

Frisco near Tenmile Canyon

Mount Royal and Chief Mountain are obvious landmarks on the westside of Frisco and rise up prominently from homes in Wiborg Park and Frisco Terrace, subdivisions that are not incorporated in Frisco proper, but make up the far west end of what is thought of as Frisco. Homes for sale in west Frisco may offer larger lots than in-town lots and some unusually architecture. Townhomes on the westside include Creek at Frisco and Castlewood on Main Street. Condos along Main Street, west of 1st, Include the 1970, buidings called Woodwinds, Woodbridge Inn, and Gateway. Just off Main are Lodge at Riverbend, Frog Hollow Condo, Cross Creek Condos.

The southwest corner of Frisco is populated with a mix of older (and some newer) cabin-style homes, townhomes, some multi-family buildings and neighborhoods laid out like suburban ones. Homes for sale may lie in the newer Royal Mountain Ranch, or outside town limits in the older Evergreen neighborhood. There are several townhome developments in this area that benefit from this location, being close to the bike path and still close to Main Street.
