Braddock Hill Homes for Sale
The Northern Edge Of The Highlands And The Town Of Breckenridge
Braddock Hill is the northern most subdivision in the Highlands of Breckenridge, which is at the northern edge of town, near the 27-hole public golf course in Breckenridge.
Braddock Hill was settled in the mining era, but has seen low density development since the ski era began. A primitive baseball field existed near there in the 70s and gave the main street its name – Highfield Trail.
Great views of the Tenmile Range are available above low vegetation in most of the neighborhood, which winds around the creek beds and give any Braddock Hill homes for sale or vacant lots a different perspective, as well as privacy and sun.
From this edge of the Highlands, the town of Frisco and I-70 are quickly accessed, and the commercial center of Breckenridge is only 3 miles to the south by Highway 9, the free town shuttle, or a paved bike path.
