Oh the holiday season! The rush to the new year can be a blur of presents and pressures and celebrations and caloric overloads. And then we land on the doorstep of a new year, exhausted, and looking squarely into the fresh face of all the potential a new year brings. And we make our resolutions, and hope we can keep them. In so many parts of the country, gyms reports an uptick of hopeful participants in the early weeks of a new year.

ULLR is locally celebrated as the Nordic god of snow, but according to Norse mythology, he is the stepson of Thor and the god of snowshoes, hunting, the bow, and the shield.
