Breckenridge Dining Passport is Back!

With the cooler fall weather comes the changing of the leaves and tundra, cozy evenings cuddled up with the dogs, the start of our ski-specific workouts (so many squats!) and the appetite to match. Whether it's the weather or the squats, we know you are hungry, and the Breckenridge Restaurant Association is here to help -both you and the local organization Summit County Cares- through the sales of the Breckenridge Dining Passport. Summit County Cares includes the Summit Community Care Clinic, Summit FIRC, Advocates for Victims of Assault and Summit County Social Services- critical resources in our community.

For a mere $10 donation, the Breckenridge Dining Passport unlocks a variety of specials for two guests at many Breckenridge restaurants. Offers vary from discounts, to special multi-course-set menus, to 2-for-1 offers. It runs from September 24th though November 15th. There is a mix of old guard and new restaurants. The passports can be purchased at all participating venues and the Breckenridge Welcome Center on Blue River Plaza.

This win/win/win program helps keep restaurants buzzing during the slower shoulder season, giving passport holders a chance to get out and enjoy and explore at a great price, all while raising funds for Summit County Cares.

Here is a live-like-a-local bit of advice: Keep in mind that you should tip on the pre-discounted total. While your meal is generously on sale from the restaurant, your fearless server is doing the same amount of work he or she would do to serve a full-priced meal. (And probably did a killer ski conditioning workout earlier in the day.)
