Activity for Residential Sales in Breckenridge has continued to be strong over the past 2 weeks. The number of sales have declined, but this is probably due to the fact that Buyers wanted to have closed on their properties with enough time to get ready for the Holidays.

The sculptures should last weeks, likely right up and to the time the International Snow Sculpture Competition begins, and adorn the historic streetscape with a charming affect. December 5-11 was a week of snow sculpting celebration on Main Street in Breckenridge, where 18 local teams came together to create some awe-inspiring sculptures for the public to see and competed to win a cash prize of $1,500 for the winning team. In its 3rd year, this year's event was the most successful to date with so many beautiful sculptures coming to life throughout town. You can still view many of the sculptures over the next couple days. It's a great excuse to take a holiday stroll down Main Street to see the sculptures and beautiful holiday lights with your family and friends.
