Activity for Residential Sales in Breckenridge has continued to be strong over the past 2 weeks. The number of sales have declined, but this is probably due to the fact that Buyers wanted to have closed on their properties with enough time to get ready for the Holidays.

Residences going under contract were up the week of December 7th - 13th, which normally is not the case for this year. The 40% Price Reduction at Water House accounted for 8 residences that have gone under contract. The number of price reductions declined, but there are some Super Deals out there. Here's the numbers.
