Month-end statistics indicate a striking increase in the number of condos sold for the month of November. This is great news!  And it could be an indication of "the bottom".

Following is the Winter Dew Tour Schedule for the Breckenridge Competition going on today through Sunday at the Breckenridge Ski Resort.  The event debuts Breckenridge's new 22' Super Pipe and takes place in the Freeway Terrain Park on Peak 8. Spectators should take the Gondola from town to Peak 8, where the Dew Tour takes place. If you can't make it in person, you can view it on TV. This past week showed an increase in the number of Residential Sales in Breckenridge.  A total of 16 Residences Sold.  Of those 16, 3 were Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Listings, and 3 Buyers were working with a Breckenridge Associates Realtor.

The number of residential properties in Breckenridge going under contract decreased slightly form the week before with a total of 11 having contracts accepted.

Price reductions increased to a total of 24.  Those of note are:

Record Low Interest Rates that we have seen in the past month or so are starting to inch upward.  30 Year Fixed Mortgage Rates are now in the 4.5% range, which is still an incredible rate.  For every 1% change, that accounts to about 10% of the value of the home.

Over the past week, the Real Estate Market in Breckenridge for Residential Properties has continued to be very active.

Sales for the week were consistent with the week before.  12 Sales this week un which 3 were Breckenridge Associates Listings, and  Breckenridge Associates Partners worked with 4 of those Buyers.

There were 15 residences that went under contract, up 50% from the 10 the week before.  4 of those properties were Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Listings.

Prices were reduced on 19 residences this past week.  Those of note:
