37th Annual Great Rubber Duck Race

For 37 years, over 10,000 rubber ducks have raced down the Blue River in a cherished tradition that has raised over $53 million for local nonprofits, scholarships, and community initiatives through The Summit Foundation. Join us in celebrating this event, where every duck purchased and dollar raised helps shape a brighter future for all.

Breckenridge Oktoberfest
September 13 - 15
This legendary festival, presented by Breckenridge Brewery, will be returning to Main Street Breckenridge. Sample Breckenridge Brewery’s signature Oktoberfest brew, along with their other flavors, or opt to try the additional wine and cocktail selections. Traditional German food and classic festival fare will also be available for purchase. Families can enjoy kid friendly activities, as well as live music and dancing.

Oktoberfest 5K
September 14
The Breckenridge Oktoberfest 5K Trail Run starts at the Gondola Ski Back Ski Run and ends at the Blue River Plaza on Main Street. Pre-registration closes at 8 am the day before the race - Friday, September 13th. The race is open to 200 runners.
