NYE Fireworks in Breckenridge

Ring in the New Year with a dazzling fireworks display over the base of Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort! The show is set to begin around 9:30 PM on December 31st and will light up the skies for approximately 15 minutes.

The Annual NYE Torch Parade & Glow Worm Parade

Join the magic and help welcome the New Year! The Annual Torch Parade in one of Breckenridge's most loved local traditions.

The Torch Parade

Every New Year's Eve, participants illuminate the Breckenridge ski area, carrying torches from the top of Peak 9, down to the base of the mountain.

When: December 31st, at 6 pm

The Course: Skiers will proceed from the top of Peak 9 down to the base.

Where to View: The best place to view the parade is from Beaver Run or The Maggie at the base of Peak 9.

The Glow Worm Parade

Kids ages 5 to 13 years old are invited to participate in a special, kid-friendly parade, kicking off the Annual Torch Parade.

When: December 31st, kids' registration and line-up starts at 5 pm, the Glow Worm Parade starts around 6 pm after the sun has fully set.

Where: Kids should meet at the Beaver Run Ski School at 5 pm to pick up their glow stick.

*Kids must be able to ski/ride a green run on their own.

Celebrate New Year's Eve in retro style at Keystone's 80s Neon Nights, featuring big hair, neon outfits, DJ Drake, and live '80s hits from The Goonies! 

Where: 164 Ida Belle Drive, Keystone

Price: Tickets start at $35, with the option to purchase a VIP package that includes exclusive table seating and champagne.

When: Fireworks on the mountain start at 7:30 PM, event doors open at 7:30 PM, and music starts at 8:00 PM.
