For the first time since January 2010, July showed weaker numbers in sales in a year over year comparison to last July. For the first six months of this year, total transactions were up on a monthly basis when compared to the same timeframes the previous year. Aside from pending closings on new construction units at the Fairmont and One Ski Hill Place, there are about 60 pending sales in the Breckenridge area as of August 8, 2010, indicating a possible return to the trend showing more closings this year over last.
