It was another beautiful display of snow art following the International Snow Sculpture Championships in Breckenridge late January, where 15 teams from around the globe got together to shape their 12 foot tall blocks of snow into a walking gallery of beautiful snow sculptures. This year, the art display was even kicked up a notch with new LED lighting, showing off the great detail of the sculptures after sunset.

January 25, 2011 marks the start of the International Snow Sculpting Championships in Breckenridge. Snow artists will spend 65 hours carving 20-ton blocks of snow into awe-inspiring masterpieces.

The artists come from throughout the country, around the world and even hailing from our own Breckenridge Associates Real Estate office with the event’s original team.
