"The Greatest Bike Race ever to be held on American Soil", will take place in 11 towns across Colorado from August 22-28, 2011. Breckenridge will be one of those towns.
100 of the worlds best cyclists from around the world will be in Colorado for 7 days, competing in everything from time trials to long endurance races. Plan to be in Breckenridge and cheer on these athletes as they cross the finish line on Main Street after riding from Steamboat Springs in Stage 5 of the event.

While many of us thought interest rates could not go any lower, yesterday I saw reports of 30 Year Loans under 4%. For every 1% point drop in interest rates, that equates to about a 10% drop in the price of a property. Vail Resorts, parent company to Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Heavenly ski resorts, announced the acquisition of Northstar at Tahoe earlier this week.
