Warren Buffett is betting on the Housing Market, according to his February 27, 2012 letter to his shareholders at Berkshire Hathaway.
Buffett states in his recent shareholder letter, "Housing will come back – you can be sure of that. Over time, the number of housing units necessarily matches the number of households (after allowing for a normal level of vacancies)."

2011 local real estate statistics show increases across the board in real estate sales in Breckenridge and Summit County, Colorado. Breckenridge individual property sales showed 20% growth from 405 to 486 in 2011. Likewise, Summit County sales increased 11% from 1,129 to 1,255 year over year.  Showings were up by more than 20% in 2011 suggesting more Buyers are emerging.
