As we approach the end of our selling season a quick review of the local market statistics indicates a much more active and productive year this year compared to 2010.

Right now there is a grand total of 3648 listings in our MLS computer. That includes everything - single family, condos, townhomes, duplexes, land and business opportunities. Last year at this time, the grand total was 5608 listings. That’s a decrease of 35% in overall inventory.

Looking at the Breckenridge market, we now have 356 homes listed for sale in the Breckenridge area. Last year at this time there were 393 homes listed. That’s a decrease of about 9.5%.

And, last year we had about 427 condos listed for sale in Breckenridge. This year right now there are about 340 for sale, a decrease…
