The National Repertory Orchestra is BACK for Porch Concerts at Breckenridge Associates!

Please join us this Summer on July 6, July 13 and July 27 from 4-5pm for our traditional Free Porch Concert Series here at our office at 229 Main Street in Breckenridge. Bring a chair or take a seat on the lawn and enjoy these free outdoor concerts while reaping the benefits of classical music.

For 62 years, the National Repertory Orchestra has been helping young musicians prepare for their professional musical careers while simultaneously introducing young children to orchestra music and providing an uplifting experience for our community.

Each year, over 1,000 young adults (ages 18-29) from around the world audition for the NRO with hopes of being chosen for one of only 89 spots. The young musicians who are selected spend 8 weeks in Breckenridge where they gain training through performances in Summit County, master classes and workshops.

The NRO has been based in Breckenridge since 1993.  Our community and our visitors have been enriched with exhilarating performances by the NRO every summer. The musical selections range from classical masterworks to modern pop to entertain people of all ages and uphold the NRO mission of “Changing Lives Through Music.”

For the past 17 years, we have been hosting a string quartet pop-up concert from the National Repertory Orchestra here on the front porch at Breckenridge Associates. These performances are free to the public!
