Summertime is the peak of selling season. Â The end of September statistics help to provide a picture of how the real estate market performed this summer. Â Here is our monthly update on the real estate market in Breckenridge and Summit County.

The number of active listings are a great indicator as to how well the market is performing. Â This year, the inventory at the end of the summer was less than previous years. Â At the end of this summer, there were only 512 active residential properties in Breckenridge. Â For the same time in 2012, we still had 551 residential properties active.
