The town turns upside down for the weekend while locals and visitors celebrate the gold fields and mining, exploration and adventure, booms and busts. The weekend festivities begin with the Town Party the evening of June 14th, from 4:30 to 9 p.m. at the Riverwalk Center. For 18 years, Breckenridge has been throwing a party for locals. This party is to thank everyone for all their hard work over the winter and to welcome summer. The event is free, food and beverages will be sold.
