Summer 2022 Events in Breckenridge

Summertime is a favorite for visitors and locals here in Breck. Along with the return of longer days comes the return of some of our favorite events.

Look forward to live music at the Riverwalk Center! Headliners include Mary Chapin Carpenter July 9th, Drive By Truckers July 14th, and G. Love July 31st, all shows start at 7:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased through Breck Create.

The National Repertory Orchestra is back and will be playing several concerts and events from June 25th through August 13th.  Make sure to check them out at one of our free porch series concerts July 6th, 13th and 27th from 4:00 to 5:00 pm at our historic Breckenridge Associate Real Estate office front lawn located on Main Street.

After a fun inaugural season, the Air Stage is back! The Air Stage brings music all around Breckenridge. Setting up in neighborhoods and parks this unique mobile venue is a favorite for locals and performers alike. Make sure to check out the calendar for locations and dates at breckcreate.org.

Our Fourth of July Festivities continue with a day filled with activities for the whole family. Looking to start out with some fresh air and exercise? Sign up for the Independence 10k or the Firecracker 50. Stick around for the parade down Main Street from 9:00 – 11:00 am and grab brunch from one of our great restaurants. Crafts, dog parade, and games can be found on Ridge Street at The Breck Create “Surfing USA” celebration from 11:00 – 4:00 pm.

Foodies rejoice! Main Street Station will host a series of festivals dedicated to celebrating and sampling favorite foods and beverages through the summer. The Breckenridge Food and Wine Fest Kicks off July 29th and runs through the 31st. Love bacon and bourbon? The Bacon and Bourbon Fest will take place August 26th-28th. Strings and Cider happens September 16th - 18th and includes plenty of live music to keep your toes tapping while you sip and sample. 

Looking for more art events? The July art festival will take place daily July 7th - 9th from 10 am - 6pm, artists from around the state and country will have one-of-a-kind pieces for sale and of course plenty of food and beverage options as well. The Breckenridge International Festival of Arts takes place August 10th – 21st with interactive art displays and music around town. The Breckenridge Sunday Market is a great way to spend a morning, pick up a special gift and meet local artists and artisans every Sunday starting June 12th from 10 am – 3 pm at Main Street Station.
