Spring Break 2017 in Summit County and Breckenridge

Summit County absolutely hops for Spring Break. From kids camps to concerts, contests and art happenings, there are a truly diverse slew of offerings to keep anyone and everyone busy and entertained. Family-friendly and student-focused fun seems to dominate Spring Break planning...and not matter when your spring break falls this year, remember that Breckenridge will have plenty going on for all.

We also respectfully submit that Seniors also deserve to celebrate. What better way than the 50+ Winter Games? Starting February 12th, 2017, with a pasta dinner and silent auction, and including events from alpine skiing and snowboarding, to ice-skating, Nordic skiing and more. Athletes range from recreational to retired pros, and all (who are old enough!) are welcome. The 50+ Senior Games have been held in Summit County since 1983 and are not only inspiring and fun, but raise a significant amount of money to benefit local health and human service non profits. Double win.

And speaking of inspiring, get ready for the Special Olympics coming to Copper Mountain on March 3rd, 2017.

That's the kind of Spring Break we can get behind!
