You know that Copper has great, naturally divided alpine terrain and a fun golf course. But did you know that for three days each summer, some of the best guitar players in the world gather at Copper, perform for free and even offer workshops like the famous Learn to Play Guitar in Day?
August 11th- 13th are the dates, and the event is divided into three days:
Day 1: Kick Off Bash
Day 2: Acoustic Day
Day 3: Electric Day
Lectures, kid’s events, bike rides, films and more fill the schedule and you can even register to win a free guitar courtesy of Taylor Guitars and Guitar Center.
Copper certainly runs a friendly event. Not only are the performances of these guitar heavyweights free, but everyone’s favorite event consideration, Free Parking is available in the Alpine and Chapel lots. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and you can even bring a blanket and chair for maxing and relaxing. Don’t fret (guitar joke!) This one sounds like a winner!
