Rootstalk
Relatively new to Breckenridge, Rootstalk has quickly established itself as one of the most sought-after dining experiences in town since opening in December 2020.
Open daily for après from 4 pm to 5 pm or full dinner service from 4 pm to close at 9:30 pm. Rootstalk offers a robust selection of menu options to choose from. On top of their daily dinner, dessert, and wine menus, Rootstalk offers spectacular seasonal tasting menus. Choose either their 5 course or 7 course menu with the option to add wine pairings.

Piante
New York City inspired pizza in the high Rockies that’s not only plant based, but also made from seasonal, local ingredients. As complicated as it sounds, Piante makes vegan pizza simply delicious. This farm to table pizzeria is one of Breck’s lesser-known treasures. Committed to being a healthier and more sustainable dining option, Piante owners works with local produce markets, wineries, and breweries to deliver deliciousness that will win over even the most skeptic of vegan fare.
Stop by Piante for lunch or dinner 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Cabin Juice
Find freshness at Cabin Juice, located inside Gravity Haus, a boutique hotel right below Peak 9. Cabin Juice offers delightful farm to table menus that change seasonally to accommodate local availability. Working with farmers and ranchers from the Front Range and Western Slope, Cabin Juice’s menus are intentionally created to fuel Breckenridge’s adventure seekers.
Take a few runs on the mountain then stop by Cabin Juice for brunch, après, or dinner, they are open for dine-in or take-out from 7 am until 10 pm.

Aurum
Stop by Aurum for one of the best happy hours in Breckenridge before digging into one of their delicious menus. Aurum approaches menu creation with the intention of creating an experience for guests. Whether you choose an entrée or shared dish from their dinner menu, try their seasonal 5-course tasting menu, or stop by the bar for drinks and dessert, you’ll be served some of the finest food in Breckenridge.
Visit Aurum for happy hour or dinner 7 days a week. Happy Hour is offered from 4 pm until 6 pm. Dinner service also starts at 4 pm and is available until close at 10 pm.
