The Breckenridge Craft Spirits Festival, also known as Still on the Hill, takes over the Riverwalk Center in downtown Breckenridge October 20-22, 2017.
Breckenridge is the proud home of the award winning Breckenridge Distillery, which opened in 2007
on the front side of the expanding craft spirits market. In fact, just 60 craft distillers existed in 2003, and today there are over 760. The thirst for the award-winning libations lead to a recent expansion and addition of a restaurant, making the new Breckenridge Distillery a real feather in the cap of the mountain town dining experience. Be sure to check them out in the new facility on Airport Road or pop by the Tasting Room for a quick nip on Main Street’s Blue River Plaza.
A new player in Breckenridge is the intimate Dancing Pines Distillery and Tasting Room. After a successful start in Estes Park, Colorado, they recently expanded to Breckenridge to showcase a product whose mission we can get behind. “We use only the finest ingredients to create spirits worth the extra weight in your pack.”
With a strong local craft spirits presence and legacy, it only makes sense to invite the best and brightest in the industry, and their fans, to gather here in Breckenridge for a meeting of the imbibers! There is a full line up of activities from tours, tastings, cooking classes, outdoor activities and a Bloody Mary brunch. Still on the Hill has something for everyone who celebrates craft sprits, as long as you are 21+ and not a dog. Since this is an indoor event with food, furry friends are not allowed.
