Activity Continues on an Upswing for the Past Week
Over the past week, the Real Estate Market in Breckenridge for Residential Properties has continued to be very active.

Sales for the week were consistent with the week before.  12 Sales this week un which 3 were Breckenridge Associates Listings, and  Breckenridge Associates Partners worked with 4 of those Buyers.

There were 15 residences that went under contract, up 50% from the 10 the week before.  4 of those properties were Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Listings.

Prices were reduced on 19 residences this past week.  Those of note:

River Mountain Lodge W211, Studio - Reduced to $209,900, 17% lower than the original list price.
Main Street Station 2405, 1 Bedroom - Reduced to $333,900, 47% lower than the original list price.
Beaver Run 26270, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath - Reduced to $489,000, 23% lower than the original list price.
204 Briar Rose Lane, Single Family Home - Reduced to $745,000, 17% lower than the original list price.
367 N. Fuller Placer, Single Family Home - Reduced to $843,000, 23% lower than the original list price.
1883 Highlands Drive, Single Family Home - Reduced to $1,124,900, 34% lower than the original list price.

Again, that "Window of Opportunity" is at hand.  Prices as low as we have seen in years.  Record low interest rates.  Don't let this window close on you.
