Sunbowl on Creek with Views & Trails

One of the sunniest neighborhoods in Silverthorne, and pleasantly so if Hamilton Creek, and it has a section called the Sunbowl - the best of a good thing in the high mountains of Colorado. Large custom single-family homes on large lots make up the Sunbowl, which lies north of Hamilton Creek,  and south of the lots called the Benches that are on the northern neighborhood boundary. Hamilton Creek is minutes north of the Silverthorne exit from I-70. Well maintained neighborhood roads give easy access into this gently climbing neighborhood, where all of the homes are unique. Sunbowl at Hamilton Creek are just four lots that surround a ten-acre common area. And each of these lots are as large as nearly 2 acres and up to four acres. There are trees along Hamilton Creek, but more importantly there is sun pouring onto this little creek valley that faces west to the Gore Range.  It's never too hot, here, above the main arm of the Blue River. Any home for sale in the Benches in Hamilton Creek will be comfortable winter or summer.
