Summit & Park County
The Summit County MLS covers a variety of communities, generally separated into the ones pictured below. From each of these you can find a list of subdivision/neighborhood pages within the town or area, grouped as a local would identify them, or the official county subdivision name if that's what we'd say, colloquially. On any of these pages you'll see what' for sale, and a search bar that will let you refine your search further. It's also where you can find facts about the number of units or lots, acreage, views, and what kind of recreational opportunities and amenities each neighborhood offers, and similar property listings in that specific vicinity.

Lifestyle and Summit/Park County, Colorado Real Estate
Colorado's Summit County is comprised of a lot of public land (nearly 80%) and much of the private land is unincorporated. The towns of Summit County are Breckenridge, its southern sister Blue River; Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, and the resort communities of Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Heeney - way up north along the Green Mountain Reservoir. Colorado ski towns seem to attract culture as well as winter sport fans. Concerts, shops, restaurants and other conveniences of urban life complement the backcountry Summit County life you will experience.
Getting around Summit County is easy. The countywide bus system, Summit Stage, is free. I-70 runs right through the county. You can get to Copper Mountain from Frisco in under 10 minutes, and then on to Vail to the west in another 25 minutes. Denver is just an hour away to the east ... theoretically speaking. Traffic on ski season weekends can turn your commuting dream into a nightmare, which is why owning real estate in Summit County is so pleasant. Drive whenever you want, and when you're settled in your Summit County home or condo, you can ski or hike on a moments notice.
