It was another beautiful display of snow art following the International Snow Sculpture Championships in Breckenridge late January, where 15 teams from around the globe got together to shape their 12 foot tall blocks of snow into a walking gallery of beautiful snow sculptures. This year, the art display was even kicked up a notch with new LED lighting, showing off the great detail of the sculptures after sunset.

For the last week of 2010, residential sales continued on pace with the previous weeks around the Christmas holiday. All in all, the year ended very well. The number of sales for all of Summit County increased over 2009, and dollar volume was up as well.
