Real Estate Update for the Last Week of 2010
For the last week of 2010, residential sales continued on pace with the previous weeks around the Christmas holiday. All in all, the year ended very well. The number of sales for all of Summit County increased over 2009, and dollar volume was up as well. This past week in Breckenridge for residential properties, there were 8 sales and 9 residences went under contract.

There were also 16 price reduction. Below are those of note:
