North of Highway 6, Keystone

Views from the north side neighborhood at Keystone: to the east of Grays and Torreys and to the ski mountain, Dercum Mountain

On the northside of Colorado Highway 6, are several condo and townhouse neighborhoods that have great views of Keystone Ski Mountain, and to the 14ers east of Keystone - Grays & Torreys - and Buffalo Mountain north of Lake Dillon. They have easy access to the highway, obviously, but many are also on Keystone Resort's shuttle system. Many complexes have their own clubhouse, and some are centered around a particular sport, like the Tennis Condo that are a stroll from indoor and outdoor courts. Keystone Science School, Keystone Policy Center, and the Convention Center are on this side of the resort as well.

Tennis Townhome Condos:

Homes for sale in Keystone with 'tennis' in the name refer to one complex located near outdoor and indoor courts. Built in 1974, these 44 townhome units sede the land to the commons - so no maintenance - but have the layout of a classic townhome of that time. They're arranged in about a dozen buildings with just a few homes in each. In addition to tennis this condos have a clubhouse with pool and hot tubs.

Quicksilver Condos

A cluster of condo buildings containing 78 homes, make up the Quicksilver Condos on the northside of Keystone. Each home has one or two bedrooms with about 1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft. total and are arranged in two large buildings and six smaller ones circling around a clubhouse.

Antlers Gulch Townhomes

Antler's Gulch is beautifully set at the entrance of Keystone on the north side. At the west end of the resort, these 30 or so townhomes are more home than condo.

Frey Gulch Townhomes

Located along Antler's Gulch Road, these homes some of the newest in Keystone's north side.

Ranch-style homes, the townhomes are built as collected pairs, with small and well-kept yards, modern garages and short, paved, flat driveways that lead onto the main lane through these connected complexes, each of which is about 30 properties. Any home for sale in the Enclave & Hearthstone will be located uphill from the complex clubhouse, with pool and tennis court, and have great views of Keystone Mountain.
