Spencer Lane

Spencer Lane is from St. Louis, Missouri where he grew up learning about sales and real estate from both parents. His mother has had her license for 20-plus years and his father has worked in sales for over 40 years. His grandfather also sold real estate his entire life on the south side of Chicago. Spencer is honored to carry on the family tradition in the beautiful town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Following graduation from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, Spencer moved to the Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge for a change in scenery from the beaches of the gulf coast. His first jobs included dishwashing and bussing tables at the Gold Pan and Blue Stag as well as snowboard instruction at Arapahoe Basin. He spent two years “snow bumming” and then decided to return to higher education for a degree in law, but quickly learned he was more drawn to studying for a broker’s license than LSAT prep.

During his first 6 months as a licensed real estate broker, Spencer continued bussing at Blue Stag and snowboard instructing at A-Basin to pay the bills. However, after his first real estate sale, he dropped everything and devoted all of his time to real estate. He focused on building his business from scratch and seized every opportunity to turn a total stranger into a potential client. His goal was to make sure that every person he encountered, whether it be at the office or the lift line, would know that he would work diligently to help them achieve their Summit County real estate goals. Since becoming licensed in 2016, Spencer has achieved $70M in real estate sales. He attributes his success to a hard-working hustle attitude and establishing everlasting relationships based on honesty, loyalty, and always being available to his clients. “Real Estate has no concept of time, and when it strikes, I am ready for action”. Outside of real estate, Spencer enjoys competitive golf, snowboarding, swimming, and mountain biking.
