Kim Stevenson
Born in Ontario, Canada, Kim relocated to Colorado and then onto the charming Victorian Town of Breckenridge in 1976. Upon her arrival, Kim jumped right into real estate sales after completing one year as a real estate assistant at Moore & Company. Kim received her real estate license over 30 years ago and is one of the few realtors in Breckenridge with so much local experience. She’s seen the town and community through expansions, growth and new development and has been connecting people with their dream homes all along the way. The insight she offers to her clients speaks volumes as does her negotiating skills and the empathy and compassion she shares with each of her clients' unique needs.

As a founding Partner establishing Breckenridge Associates in 1999, Kim has been appointed Managing Broker two different times during her tenure. Continuing education through advanced real estate certifications and involvement as Board Member of the Summit County Board of Realtors has also contributed to her continued success. Getting to know the visitors who come to Breckenridge and their varied backgrounds and lifestyles is of great interest to Kim – from athletes and college presidents to entrepreneurs and astronauts. As a Breckenridge Resort Chamber Ambassador, Kim gives back to the community by welcoming and advising new business members, recognizing business accomplishments of members and hosting large groups visiting Breckenridge. A common goal of the Ambassadors, who are identified as leaders in the business community, is to keep the town thriving and successful. Traveling and discovering new places and cultures all over the world is something Kim is very passionate about. In her free time, Kim focuses on volunteer work along with enjoying fun times in the outdoors including hiking, golfing, skiing and ice-skating.
