Jason Hart is a broker/partner at Breckenridge Associates Real Estate with nearly 30 years of local real estate sales expertise. His repertoire includes residential, commercial, vacant land and ranch property. Jason’s career sales volume exceeds $400,000,000, including more than 90 sales in the renowned Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge and more than 30 sales in Shock Hill. He is honored to have served as Managing Broker of Breckenridge Associates Real Estate from 2014-2017 and humbly continues to share his acumen with the current management team.

Jason’s Colorado story began much the same as nearly every infamous long-time-local you’d ever want to know. After graduating from St. Lawrence University in NY with a degree in economics, Jason struggled to convince his parents that he should move to Breckenridge for “just one season.” Thirty years-worth-of-seasons later, he is still passionate about being a part of this community and even his formerly reluctant mother now admits that moving to Breck was the best decision that Jason ever made. His wife and two Breckenridge-born-and-raised daughters are pretty glad about it too.
On days off, Jason can be found enjoying his way around downhill and Nordic ski trails in the winter, hiking and biking trails, golf courses or fishing holes in the summer. Jason looks forward to collaborating with you to help you discover your own slice of this mountain paradise that he feels privileged to call home.
