If designed by high quality soil engineers septic systems are more economical and planet friendly that the big city utilities. And wells, when drilled by the experienced operators of this area produce the best quality of drinking water. Buyers should ask about what planning work has been done on a lot before purchase, and if a septic and well permit have already been obtained, you're in luck.
