After many successful years building BARE, she is now a Senior Partner, enjoying travels, and sports. Jonna grew up in Houston, Texas and began her career specializing in corporate transfers, creating seamless relocations for employees and families. She offered a high level of service and thorough knowledge of each market, helping her clients to feel at ease during the entire process. This led to real estate exposure buying apartment buildings and condominium conversions. Eventually, Jonna left Texas. A love for the mountains and the lifestyle they offer brought her to Breckenridge. Upon settling in the local community, Jonna started a new and promising career in property management and real estate. An understanding of property management not only helped her to learn more about the real estate product in Breckenridge, but also connected her to many future clients and friends. In 1979, Jonna’s success in property management propelled her into real estate, where she began her career with Century 21. She joined Moore & Company in 1983, and gained worthy recognition for her dedication and level of service by being awarded top sales achievements within the company becoming a partner/owner.
She later went on to become a founding owner/partner of Breckenridge Associates with continued success. Jonna’s diverse experience and the top-notch service she’s become known for has allowed her to be named as the listing broker and participating partner for many new development projects throughout her career. Jonna not only had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of new building projects and sales, land developments, new construction projects, and a background into her family’s title business. Jonna’s clients have great trust in her abilities – professionally handling their real estate transactions from start to finish. Helping people find their dream home, build or remodel a home, assisting investors with their portfolio, or new project sales has been very rewarding in advancing her career.
When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Jonna spending time with her husband, Brian, who is also a builder, home inspector, property manager and home designer in the area. Together they enjoy hiking, skiing, sailing and flying airplanes. A proud mom and grandma, she enjoys as much time as possible with her family and precious grandchildren. Between Brian’s profession, a family history in development and her own background, Jonna is well versed in real estate design, quality and investment strategies. This insight gives her clients confidence to rely on her expertise and make the best decisions on their behalf when purchasing or selling real estate in Summit County.
