Jake Himmelman
Jake moved to Breckenridge in 1990 and has now been part of the local community for over 30 years. He attended Breckenridge Elementary and Summit High School before earning a degree in Marketing from The University Of Denver. Growing up in Summit County has given Jake many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. He competed on several different ski teams and truly cultivated a love for the mountains. After graduating from the Daniels School of Business in 2006 it was this love for the mountains that brought him back to Breckenridge.

Having grown up in Breckenridge, Jake has extensive knowledge and a unique prospective of the area that allows him to provide buyers and sellers with the best service possible. Jake joined Breckenridge Associates in 2013 to be part of the top producing real estate team in the area. Since 2020, Jake has transacted over $102M in sales.
In his free time Jake enjoys skiing, golfing, playing guitar, fly fishing, hiking, camping, and traveling. Jake is excited about meeting you and promises to fulfill your real estate needs with honesty and integrity.
