Andrew is consistently the top selling partner at Breckenridge Associates, with a Gross Dollar Volume of over $228 million in sales since the beginning of the recession at the end of 2007. He sold over $33 million for 2019 and made the Real Trends Top 1000 Agents for 2014, 2015, 2016,2017, 2018, and 2019 (the top 1% of selling real estate brokers in the USA). Andrew was born in England and relocated to Breckenridge in 1984. He was President of Stewart Title of Summit County through 1993 before deciding to move into a full time career marketing and selling real estate. With a strong knowledge of the real estate industry already, it was a logical transition and has proven to be successful over the years. He has been awarded Realtor Of The Year three times, in 1999, 2002 and 2014 by the Summit Association of Realtors, and received the Realtor Emeritus designation in 2019.

Active in the real estate community, Andrew has taken on many industry-related roles, both broadening and contributing his knowledge and resources. He was elected as the Breckenridge Director for the Summit Association of Realtors in 1999, was President of the Summit Association of Realtors for 2002 and Mountain District Vice President of the Colorado Association of Realtors in 2005. Andrew also served again as President/Chairman of the Summit Association of Realtors 2014 and on the Advisory Board for Corelogic, the largest MLS vendor in North America..
