Main Street

New, modern homes in historically-compatible styles filled in small pockets of undeveloped land on the north end of Breckenridge in the 2000s, and Legacy Place Townhomes are one of these small subdivisions. The unbeatable location makes any Legacy Place Townhome for sale a fantastic property. These townhouses are moderate in size, right on Main Street with a handy carport to keep the snow off your car where it may sit for days as you walk to/from Legacy Place.

The northern end of Main Street is more residential and closer to the gondola with access to Peaks 7 and 8. Quieter than the south end, several great restaurants and shops are finding a home on this side of town as well. The nightlife, ice rink and other south side attractions are within half a mile walk or a short free-bus or trolley ride. The free countywide transportation system, Summit Stage, has its Breckenridge hub near the gondola, so Copper Mountain, Keystone or Frisco are no-drive options from Legacy Place.
Another block to the north is City Market and is easily accessed by the bike or pedestrian path that lies on the west side of Main just out the door from Legacy Place
