A true local, Rob has spent more than 50 years in Breckenridge. His life started in the mountains when his family built a chalet in 1966 on what was then the edge of town. Besides the four years Rob attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder, he has been at home – in Breckenridge. Rob began his career as a realtor in 1979 and was a founding partner of Breckenridge Associates in 1999. He is assisted by his wife, Debbie, also a long time local and broker. Together they offer a seamless, well-balanced and personalized approach to their real estate clients. Living in the mountains with countless winter and summer activities, is what Rob has known his whole life. Helping people to find their dream home in the mountains and to establish roots in the community are a natural parallel for him. He has seen Breckenridge change and grow throughout the years into what is now, a thriving year-round community. He prides himself on being able to share his hometown with others.
