Experience:
My background covers almost all aspects of real estate and residential construction. I worked for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles for 7 years. After moving to Colorado, I designed, developed and sold large acreage subdivisions. In 1990, I opened WoodsCrest Log Homes in Breckenridge, working as Marketing Director, as well as Lead Home Designer, collaborating with architects, draftsmen, engineers and general contractors, designing and delivering over 300 homes in Colorado. This construction knowledge is helpful to buyers considering building a new home or buying and renovating an existing one.
