As a native of Colorado, the love for the outdoors is in my blood.  I grew up in Littleton Colorado and went to Westmont College in Santa Barbara California where I completed 2 degrees, one in science and the other in education.

 I have lived in Summit County for 25 years.  The first 15 years were spent in education, coaching, restaurant management and advertisement sales all of which helped me learn and understand the dynamics of Summit County. 

 In my 10 years as a real estate agent for Prudential, I have achieved the Chairman’s Circle Award seven times.  This award is only given to the top performing 2% of Agents in the Prudential National Corporation.  I earned the Legend award in 2007, which is awarded to agents that have achieved inspirational achievements for 5 or more years of perseverance, expertise and consistency.

 My tenacity was proven in times of adversity by achieving success in 2009, which was the worst year on record for Summit County real estate sales.  I am consistently one of the top five producing agents, and was the top performing agent in Summit County in 2009.

 I feel that my enthusiasm for the mountain life style, my ability to identify with client’s needs and my unwavering service has resulted in my real estate success with almost all of my business coming from past clients or referrals.

 My spare time is spent enjoying all that Summit County has to offer; skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and golfing! When I am not selling real estate or enjoying the outdoors, I spend time with my warm and funny husband Tom Muldoon.  We spend time golfing, hiking and traveling to warm exotic places.
